Context

A major French bank, in its broader effort to remain competitive and deliver a modern digital experience, launched a full redesign of its enterprise customer platform. The goal was to rebuild from the ground up and completely replace the legacy platform under a highly ambitious deadline.

Challenge

Assessing, auditing, and aligning a project of this scale would normally be an extremely tedious process. Given the complexity of its elements, it risked taking too long, pushing the program over budget and off schedule.

My role

Discover how I used AI to accelerate the delivery and approval of UI concepts for the enterprise platform, sped up the creation of the design system and ultimately reduced delivery time, resource use, and costs.

Action: Used GPT and Cursor to analyze the IBM Carbon kit, auditing tokens and components to decide what to keep, customize, or remove.

Tools: ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma MCP, Token Studio

Outcome: A cleaned-up Carbon kit, ready for customization with a clear understanding of scope and priorities.
